Another one from Ind Sur Group. Not a legit survey group, otherwise they would give up after a few attempts. TOTAL SPAM.

Political survey spam. Rotating numbers used, so difficult to block.

They keep calling from 0950 and 0953 - I block the numbers so my phone never rings. Thanks Angry Kevin. I'm doing exactly what you said and filing complaints. Hope it shuts them down.

Angry Ken, great idea. The only problem is that the FCC, when you file a complaint, shares your contact info with the company you are complaining about (read their Privacy Act statement). I would love to file, but then these people would not only have my phone number, but now would also have my name, address and e-mail. I'm not risking it. I hate spammers as much as anybody, but I'm sure not gonna give them any additional info on me. ****s the FCC does that!!

Another call to my cell phone from AC 206. Don't answer any calls from AC's I don't recognize, instead, I hit the Reject Call ****on, then come to Numbers Guru and check the number. This number is listed as 100% Spammer Score. I then add their number to my phone's Rejected Numbers List, and no more calls from that number come to my phone. Of course, they c****e numbers every few weeks, so it's an endless battle.

Hi Everyone, I FOUND OUT WHAT TO DO !! I'm up to here with getting these calls and looked into it. You don't complain to the company calling you. You take it to their phone company. Phone companies are VERY sensitive about complaints to the FCC and state public utility commissions (PUC.) I am receiving taped messages that create commercial telephone calling lists that are sold to other companies. Ignore that they say it's a survey of any kind. The FCC says you can file an easy on-line complain if ..... "You receive a pre-recorded commercial message from someone with whom you do not have an established business relationship and to whom you have not given permission to call you." File a complaint NOW at: http://www.fcc.gov/complains They ask a few quick questions so they can get your complaint to the correct desk. You just have to answer as close as you can to what you experienced like is your phone home or business, wired or wireless, was the call you received live or taped. Very easy. The FCC seems interested in getting a description of the call, going after offers to "opt-out" of future calls, and if you ever made any prior purchases from the company bothering you. AND... complain to the State that phone company is in. First find out the telemarketer's phone carrier and State by sear****g for their number at a service like "Number Guru." http://www.numberguru.com That will give you the Name and State the carrier is in. Then look up any State's agency in charge of telephone companies at: http://www.naruc.org/Commissions/? They show a map of the United States where you just click on the State the carrier is in. You'll get a page with information about the PUC in that State and a link to their website. Once you click over to their website there will be a way to complain on line just like you did at the FCC. HIT THEM WHERE IT HURTS.... .....IN THEIR PHONE COMPANY. TAKE AWAY THEIR TELEPHONE LINE YOU CAN DO IT COMPLAIN NOW
