Posed as a private party auto buyer. Insisted on me buying a VIN report on “driverated.com”. That website was created 6 days ago. Yeah … right!

Showed interest in buying a car i had for sale on autotrader. Then required me to purchase VIN report from CarClutch.us for sale of car This was a scam. Glad this site is available

Posing as a buyer, this caller is trying to get you to purchase a VIN Report. I believe to be a SCAM.

Texted interest in my car advertised in Auto Trader. Wanted to meet but would not verify iden***y thru their PSX system. Cussed me out online in Arabic (worst things you could say in that culture) when I refused to continue to play along.

Veronica contacted me about buying a vehicle on AutoTrader and didn't seem to know correct English and was very fishy

just blocked it.

"Shawn" an Autotrader "Verified User" contacted me about purchasing my vehicle. Not sure if he (they?) are a scammer, but given what I see above...

Received text regarding purchasing car

This phone number contacted me by email and text wanting to buy a car. I suspect it is a scam because right away they wanted to know if I would take a Cashiers check and when I searched on your site the phone number was not in any way****ociated with the person who left the message. Paul Moyers the 201 Area code showed Seattle Washington, but all the****ociations showed Ft Collins Co.
