Not scam. Call is from Amazon. If worried, you can ask them to end the call and go to your account and ask Amazon to call back.
Received a call claiming to be Amazon. High suspect. Claimed he left a note in my amazon account, but he did not
Got a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon Customer Support about a time urgent matter regarding my Amazon merchant account. Did not leave a return phone number but left a message that he would call back in 5 minutes. Called back 5 minutes later and left the same message a***n. Highly su****ious!
