They don't ***k around they harass you for day's calling numerous times never leaving messages. They need to die!

Collection agency that uses a computerized system to identify a human voice then the agents are brutal in their aggressive natures to collect supposed debt. Which in my case is an outrageously inaccurate amount.

Calls everyday! When I try to call back it says that call volumes are too high at the moment. Then when I did answer they were leaving a msg for Alfonso???? I don't even no an Alfonso! Totally fake and soo annoying!

I called back, the operator asked me for my phone number; I requested to make identification by my last name. The woman (african american accent) **** up on me. Appears to be a scam

These people call my daughter's cell phone and they won't stop. They are asking for a person who had the phone 3 years or more ago. When I call back, there is only a recording with their mailing address, etc. I want them to QUIT, but it's a recorded call, which says if we are not the person we are asking for, to **** up. NOT FUNNY.

This company call my house several times a day with their automated service. When I have called before, including today speaking with Derick Sanders, they are stuck on the phone number. I have asked them to stop calling my number. My mom recently mother recently died she had the number before and I ported her number over to another phone company to keep so****ing that was hers. I am filing a complaint because I am tired of getting these calls. My mother was her own person and estate. She is gone leave me the alone.

They used a skip trace and are calling the wrong person. Spoke with the bank that supposedly sent me to ER Solutions and they don't have anything under my SSN, just someone else with same last & first name - different address, middle name & SSN. I have no outstanding debts. this number appears on my caller ID two times a day. i'm told to call an 800 number, but when I do, the mailbox is full. What is this?

i think its a telemarketer but i called back from a different phone number and got a voicemail from a girl named michelle in texas. i dont know anyone from texas. then they called my parents house number (not the one i used to call back with) which was weird.

We canceled service with Dish Network and were told that they would run a final payment for $40.70 through our account. They never did, nor did they send us a final bill. Instead, they sent our info to ER Solutions. I have since paid Dish but keep getting calls from them. Have sent them letters asking to have no further contact but still get calls from them.

I don't know about this company as it is fairly easy for people to hack phone numbers and transfer calls to another place. look at all the people from different countries you get ahold of when you call a customer service. But called me about 10 minutes ago asked if i was who they were looking for and then said "hold on we need to get more information from you"? If they were legitimate they would already have the info they needed from me sorry to say i ***g up! Plus the ma****e said as well that they sent me a letter and i check my mail everyday so WHAT LETTER!!! But thank god i am not the only one getting calls from em!

I am working with a Debt Network program and this caller has been told this consistently every time they call. I wish they would stop. This group I believe is also calling my ex inlaws and ex husband. They are getting really upset at receiving these calls.

yeah these people called me told me i had $374.30 in owed debt to sprint. she had told me that she spoke with me before for a few weeks. and i seriously thought id been made a victim to iden***y theft. they had the wrong person totally. they even told me they had my social security number on the bill. i asked the last four numbers to verify...and it came up completely wrong..phew i took a long deep breathy. these people must be debt detectives or so****ing.but who knew theyed get it so wrong

Calls constantly for a Joshua Vickers using an automated system that has a female British voice. I have chosen option 4 numerous times, which states that they have the wrong number. When I try to call the number, I end up in a loop of full message centers. I get dead air if I try to speak to an operator after it states it is ER Solutions calling with a debt settlement offer for Joshua Vickers. I am not, nor do I know a Joshua Vickers, and I have no debt.

Call about a debt. I do not owe anybody any money.

I recieve at least 4 calls daily from this number. A computer voice states that it is looking for an individual whose name is similar to mine. You are advised to hold while your account information is retrieved. After 2-3 minutes the call is rolled to an audix voicemail for a Cheryl Adams. I have left voice instructions that the individual does not reside at this number and to remove my phone number from their records. We will see if the request is complied with

Calls All the time and never leaves a message detailing who they are or what they want.

I get a call from this number on my cell phone about once a day. I ignore it. I then (usually) get a voicemail message. It is ALLWAYS for someone else! How do I get these people to stop calling?????

Said they were calling about a bill with Sprint. They needed to verify the last 4 digits of my ss#, then told me what it was. They were correct. That is scary. I was rude and told the lady that Sprint owed me money and she put me on hold then came back and I proceeded a***n and we were disconnected. I called Sprint and they verified that they did owe me money. This is hog wash, CR Solutions is some kind on scam. I am calling the number that is on my caller ID today and letting them know that I have told Sprint about them and that I am going to search out ways to turn them in.

The caller keeps asking for a dude whose name is one surname longer than mine. They are rude, and will not explain who they are unless I answer YES to their question: if I am who they are looking for. They call at 8am, later on throughout the day, last call around 7pm PST, 7 days a week.

They call every day at the same time. There is no one to speak to.

payments were set up on monthly plan and the payments were for undertermined months until paid. Orchard CC was in good standing and somehow the system stopped the payments. ER solutions got the account and I have a weekly payment arrangement with them on file, they get a weekly payment for the past three or four months and they have called my house 3 times in 10 minutes. Their website is down and not reachable to check the status. Are they reputable? If the card holder would look at the continued payment history and would treat each account individually this wouldn't be an issue. Wonder how much the credit company is paying for this wonderful service. The balance is about $500.00 not exhorberant? Go figure. Thanks for letting me vent.

They have been calling my home phone number up to 6 times a day, mostly when I'm not home. The Caller ID shows "unavailable" but the number is the same every time.

When you answer, it leads you to a recorded message asking if you are YOUR NAME, please stay ion the phone. Music then comes on and you are on hold for indefinite time . I ***g up, as there is no one on the other end identifying themselves as to where they are calling from.
