I work for a collection agency and this is fraud. He s****ed calling me. I only have one credit card and I am in good standing. As collectors, you already know you have the debt and we do not threaten you. I am first party and we actually try to help. Third party is more aggressive however they do NOT send anyone to arrest you. They would probably just garnish wages. Do speak to him. Feel free to contact your sheriff's department and speak with them. They will answer any questions you may have. But this IS FRAUD!
