Indian accent. Stated he was alerted of a "virus on windows computer". I said no you didn't and ***g up on him. He is definitely a scammer.

The id stated Washington. I left the phone off the hook and no one talked. I finally pressed a key to get a disconnect. This number has heavy scam/spamming on it. This is harassment.

Scam claimed to be Microsoft about my updates. Said he was calling from my number when I asked for his # and gave his name as mine.

They called my husbands cell phone @ 7 a.m. yes****ay and a recording came on and said so****ing about them being a credit card company and your debit card had been cancelled. I ***g up.

Spammer!!! Called and left no message!! I dialed number & the idiot answered!! Told him to stop calling my home!!! He whined & said I called him. Well, dipstick, I got the number from my caller ID!!! These people are annoying!!!

They called while I was at work. When I called back, I got a recording saying the number had been disconnected.

They claim to be Verizon and that I should go to the Verizon Wireless website to claim a 44 dollar credit on my account

Another spam call trying to get access to personal info...they get around the DNC law because they can't be caught when they constantly c****e the numbers they call from!

called this morning. Stated that he name is Jerry. Indian speaking person. Stated that my windows is running slow and had me do a few things on my computer. We went to WINDOW AUTO SERVER at AMMYY.COM. When he asked me to do things after this I relized this was not correct and got disconnected. when he called back did not answer

Received a call a few days ago. When I answered, they ***g up. Just received a call today and an gentleman with an Indian accent said he was calling from the Technical Department from Windows. They have received numerous error messages from my computer, when trying to log on... I have a Mac?! I ***g up on him.

Whenever a "human" is there I treat him to a blast from my handheld marine klaxon (>130 db!).

A man with an Indian accent says he is calling from the "Technical Maintenance Department" to fix my Windows computer. They disregard the DNC list I have reported many times.

Answered and some Indian guy said I was eligible for government grants to help pay for school. That should be illegal to call "on behalf of the united states government"

from what i have been able to find so far somehow these calls originate in india must have some sort of call forwarding lots of different #s from all over the country good luck and hit ignore

I just got a call from the said number. I answered, but I did not get a response. I called the number and I got a recording that said the number is no longer in service.

Probably one of the most annoying calls ever...they dont stop...5, 6 times a day ....calling fcc and verizon

Get called frequently. Being on DNC list doesn't matter. ID is always "Washington.". If anyone figures out a way to stop this please post.

I GOT A CALL ALSO CALL THE FBI

I recieved a call on 3/8/11 from 206-701-0285 which is listed as Washington on caller ID. It was a recording about lowering my credit card interest rate but i only heard the last part of the message saying to dial 9 to see if eligible. When I did it just kept ringing and ringing and ringing, so i redialed the number and it was a non-wroking or disconnected number. I then googled the number and read that it was a scam

We get this same exact message from different numbers all the time. We too are on the DNC lists but it doesn't matter. They have even cloned a person in my town's number to make it look like it was someone locally to get us to answer. I spoke with the FCC about it and they told me not to answer it and if we do, to **** up immediately without saying a word to them. Unfortunately, without doing a wire tap, there is little that can be done, and some cell phones are completely untraceable. None the less, it is aggravating to have these c****s call 5 times a day!

Report unwanted calls and unsolicited calls, Telemarketers, Scammers, etc. to: "https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088!createComplaint.action" And also to your Telephone co. It may not make any difference, but it makes me feel better to complain to the FCC and AT&T.

I got a call from them today from 206-701-0285, I pressed 9 to talk to someone to figure out who they are.  I told him I am not interested but need to know who they are, he****ble off some stuff, I cut him off and I told him they called before and I asked them to put me on the Do Not Call List, basically he called me lair.  I went him at him, I took all last years frustration on him.  He threatened me by say he knows my address and going to send me all kinds of stuff, including withdrawing money from my accounts.He also threatens to call all the time and harass me, he did that 3 minutes later to iden***y himself and call it a harassment call.I filled a complain with the FCC, not sure what else can be done.

We receive calls from this number weekly getting the same computer message about lowering finance rates . Suppose it's a goose chase to try & find or stop them .,

Received se a call this morning on my cell. I only use this cell for family and personal matters. The cell # is not given out to businesses. Obviously an, unwanted, uncalled for, intrusion into my  piece of the planet. Is there any way to nuke these b--****s? Just asking.

Numerous calls from this number over 12 months wanting to lower my interest rate on my credit card. S****s out "Hello this is Rachel..."Need to get FBI on these scammers. I would like to have these calls stopped. Sites all over the internet about these same calls.

I have received several calls over the recent past beginning with the recording "Hi, this is Rachael from Card Holder Services......".  I have received these recorded calls from different caller ID phone numbers from all over the country with exactly the same opening recording.  Obviously a scam.  As soon as you try to get more detailed information about them by talking with someone, they **** up.  I am on both our state's and federal "do not call" lists.  Robo calls, such as this, are specifically illegal.

3:40pm and some scammer calls hoping a victim will unwarily respond and "gotcha". Is this a credit card or a Nigerian money or even lower your interest rate "offer".  I may never know for who  has the tools to find out?   It would  be very expensive to pay electrical bill to check them all out!    I do not answer.

There's a bit.. out there who hides behind his mama's dress. He can call me because he knows my phone number. For some reason I can't call him. This pretty much makes him a cowardly little bit...Would anyone disagree with my statement?I get angry when attacked. Regardless of the manner.

I have received 2-3 calls per day from this number for the past two weeks and ignored the calls.  Today, after receiving 7 calls from the number I picked up.  A man asked for my husband and I told him that he was not home and that we would like our number removed from their list.  I think the caller may have ***g up on me before I even finished my statement.  Our number is listed on the Do Not Call registry.

I just received one of these calls, ***g up, and then called the number back. An Indian guy greeted me with "Cardholder Services", and when I told him to remove me from his call list, he s****ed humming. Regardless of what I said, he kept humming, and this went on for 5 minutes, even ask I spoke to my wife about it and put it on speaker. I tried to call back a***n and get the disconnected message.

This number calls me 4 to 5xs per day and if I pick up, they **** up. I've called the phone company, who when they called the number reported that the number is listed as disconnected or no longer in service. It is from Seattle Washington, King county and that is all I know so far. You can't block them because the number reads as privately owned or multi party.

I would like to know who is calling me from this number. I am getting constant **** up calls from it but can't call back to tell them to stop. It reads "Washington" on the caller ID.Does anyone know who this is so that I can contact them?

Got call today and picked.  Computer voice woman said "from Credit Card Services.  Your credit card is OK, but to lower your interest rates, press 3 to talk to a live person."  I ***g up.  I am on both state of Indiana and federal do not call lists.  Apparently, they don't care.  Caller I.D. said call came from Washington state.

just got a "no response" call from this number.Given the first item 39 minutes ago, it is clearly a scam.
