Caller ID said City of Seattle.  No VM left, called my home phone then 2 mins later called my cell phone.

Same as previous -- long, rambling message "I was there, where were you, I need some money"

3/18/09 4:05 PM  Received 2 calls from a person that seemed very confused - I could not understand him. Appears to be many people with this same problem. Some folks think it could be coming from a jail......

Called my cell on a Sa****ay afternoon. VM not understandable. When I called the number - all circuits busy.
