Got repeat text with a "payment code"

Got a text about OG& E had "recieved my $250 payment" and gave an account number and a reference number. OG&E is an electric company in my area.. that I don't have in the first place total scam.

I received a text message from this number. It stated, "OG&E has received your $82.00 payment on acct 1304616756. It also gives a reference number and a payment ID number. First this is not my account number, second is the area code. Anyone can have a 206 area code which is for the WA area. When people see this they think it is always from WA. That is not the case. Scammers purchase this area code to keep their location from being discovered. Anytime you get a message like this do not call that number or text them back. Look at your monthly OG&E statement and call the number on your statement.
