I received a lead on our brokerage website. They inquired if I am in RE... Of course, you are going to a RE website and writing one of the agents.... They posted the phone number above as the contact info. I immediately did a search of that number and came across this website. It confirmed what I suspected. Don't waste your time.

Inquired if I am an agent/broker - by using my brokerage company's email. Clearly phishing

Received a lead through a real estate website. Attempts to call the provided phone number resulted in a message saying that the customer was busy and to call back later. After sending an email, the sender responded offering services for "hyper-local searches" to appear on Google Maps and in various search engines as a real estate agent. This appears to be spam and not a legitimate client.
