they called me five times from this number the same number and left a voicemail saying that they had a package that they’re trying to deliver to my location and if I had special instructions to call them

NumberGuru blocked the call, but fortunately they left a message, so i was able to get the number and call them back. I don’t know why it had such a high spam rating, it’s not spam.

I was in my Amazon account and I was trying to place an order. I had questions about the order so I went to contact support. They said at Amazon customer support representative will call me which they did from that number. They weren't able to tell me much as representatives were able to in the past. I place my order while on the phone with the representative. When I got off I tried to find my order and it was canceled I called back and the representative said my order was canceled. I asked why he he wasn't able to tell me why he told me to and placed the items back in my cart and processed the order a***n It seemed a little odd to me so that's why I did some research on the number haven't replaced my order yet. I'm not sure if the Amazon app is equally the official app at this point

I told her she called a business line and we have several businesses here, which company was she calling about? She couldn't really answer so she said she had an email address that she would contact instead. I ***g up.

I was unable to hear when I answered the call, because reception was bad and the speaker had a heavy accent. so I called the number back. A recording indicated that it was Amazon Customer Service, but I went to hold for quite a while before I ***g up. Later the same number called a***n, telling me that I had a delivery driver stuck at the entry gate and needed the access code. There is no access code in my neighborhood, so I directed him from the Residents Only gate to the Main Gate, where a human attendant would process entry. I waited an hour before realizing no delivery is forthcoming, and posted this notice.

This is a legit # for Amazon Customer Service. I know this for certain because my Prime channel wasn't working and I got the # from the notice on my TV. I called, made my payment and service was restored. FYI
