I called the number that was on Google for them and gave them my name and how much the order was before something didn't feel right. Hung up took my card of the wallet list and they called me back twice I answered they didn't say a word tho

I called the number I googled said it was amazon , asked what my name was I gave it , said I was having issues with my fresh shopping then she wanted to know how much for I stupidly told her before I figured out it was a scam I went in and deleted my cards , I think in time because the number called me back twice

I told her she called a business line and we have several businesses here, which company was she calling about? She couldn't really answer so she said she had an email address that she would contact instead. I hung up.

I was unable to hear when I answered the call, because reception was bad and the speaker had a heavy accent. so I called the number back. A recording indicated that it was Amazon Customer Service, but I went to hold for quite a while before I hung up. Later the same number called again, telling me that I had a delivery driver stuck at the entry gate and needed the access code. There is no access code in my neighborhood, so I directed him from the Residents Only gate to the Main Gate, where a human attendant would process entry. I waited an hour before realizing no delivery is forthcoming, and posted this notice.

Said he was a real estate buyer. He wanted to buy our property and then cited the street and city we live in.

I don’t have a comment because I didn’t speak to them at all.

This is a legit # for Amazon Customer Service. I know this for certain because my Prime channel wasn't working and I got the # from the notice on my TV. I called, made my payment and service was restored. FYI

Pressed button in Amazon app requesting a technician call to help me with an issue with a device. This number called. They weren't able to help as the issue resolved itself and they let me go. Even received an email from her. This is a legitimate call from Amazon and not a scam number. I'm now replacing my router as that was the issue, not my Echo show.

I reached out because I received a call from another number earlier, 512-588-8159 (from Texas). Please keep in mind I do NOT live in TN, no where near that State . They left the following vm message: "Pro is arriving in 24 hours for delivery. An order of iPhone 12 Pro placed using your account information for $1099. It would be delivered in Memphis, Tennessee. Your confirmation number is 7789 and it seems to be under suspicious activity. If you haven't placed this order kindly press one or call us back at our Amazon customer support 1-512-588-8159. Thank you." Needless to say, I DID NOT PLACE ANY SUCH ORDER, this was not an Amazon Customer Service number (no, I didn't call the number) , nothing showed up under my account matching anything like this ridiculous order, and as I mentioned above, I do NOT live in Tennessee! I have reported this obvious SCAM to Amazon -- beware folks, the scammers are out there ... SMH!

They called twice. I did not answer either call that came in from "Amazon Customer Service". Voice mail messages were left pertaining to a delivery. Ironically, I'm expecting a delivery from Amazon but have never received a phone call from them in the past. I called the real Amazon Customer Service and it was confirmed that they had not called.

Claimed to be from Amazon contacting me about a fraudulent use of my account to buy a really expensive item. I contacted Amazon directly and was told there was no such purchase made or use of my account in this way. I can only conclude this was a fraudulent calling phishing for information on my account.
