This marketer claims to be represented by the U.S government and is promising a grant for $9000 as part of the economic stimulus program. However, the caller requires that I purchase a green dot style bank card in order for the funds to be downloaded on. 1) is $100 which will handle $5600 grant money. That is 5500 worth of grant and 100 dollar refund for the purchase price of the card. 2) is a $150 card which will handle $7150. That is 7000 in grant $ and 150 dollar refund for the card. And, last but not least, is 3).... This is a $200 card which will handle $9200. Which is 9000 dollars in grant $ and a 200 refund for the price of the card. The problem being that I have never heard of anybody having to put up ANY refundable amount of funds to secure a government grant????????
