Fraud- Wants to purchase things, you to pay freight from credit card he gives you.  Card (stolen) will go through, you pay shipping out of it.  When owner of card finds big charge on his card that is not his, card company deducts it from your account.  Now you are minus the whole amount you charged to the card plus what you paid the shipping.  You will be contacted by email, internet email, with an address sounding good, until you check it out, phone# in WA, address bogus,  by someone wanting to buy so****ing he knows nothing about, big quan***y, doesn't ask for discount.

This guy is scammer. Tries to order product and will "pay you back" for the freight.
