Another one of those “Feel-Good” law-enforcement charities, but only the smallest legal fraction of what they take in actually goes to the kids, cops, firefighters, Etc. they claim to represent.  These clowns make a mockery of the term “Non-Profit Organization”.  The really sad part is that they siphon needed funds away from the honest charities.

caller did not identify self, and caller asked for jessica culnane.asked wife if she knew someone named jessica culnane.googled name and found a youtube video of someone with the name.notified the caller that jessica culnane apparently swam across lake washington.at this point the caller told us jessica used to have our phone number, and sorry for disturbing us and disconnected.
