Have received 15-20 calls once or twice a day over the last couple weeks. Same as all the others. Though tonight at 7:30 (half an hour before polls close) I finally got someone on the other end. A man (20's-30's) asked for my recently deceased wife. He told me he was calling in regards to the no on #1 *** marriage repeal. Should be the end of that. Plus they'll take my wife's name off their list. PS. I voted no by way.           Live and let Live

This number has been calling at all different times of day and I never answer. Only one voice mail has been left, and it's a recorking of classical music, identical to one I've heard from an 866 number.called back and the voicemail was full.

Caller continues calling my sisters house and asking for me.  My sister has repeatedly asked if she can take a message but they refuse and call back later on.  She stated that it sounded like a younger female.  Tried calling the number back and it goes straight to voicemail.

Have received several calls from 207-329-9979 both on week nights and weekend.  Never anyone there.  Sounds dead on other end.  I say*****o and no response.

they've been calling me for over a month. i don't even live in maine anymore, but i've been getting these calls constantly. i've never picked up... but when i called them it said the mailbox was full. i don't think this is a campaign caller, i feel like it's a prank caller... or just a creep.

I think it is so****ing about the vote on 1 campaign here in Maine..

we're in mass, just got same call. returned it, full ma****e. used to live in maine, but i guess it's not related. recieved a phone call like this before, different number, when i googled it, i found a similar forum like this. never heard from them a***n, then this tonight. oh, well. weird, but what can you do?

I picked up the phone tonight when the call came through - just to see what happened and no one was on the other end - but it didn't sound like a dead call - it sounded like there was  someone there - just not speaking - gives me the creeps. I said "hello" a couple of times and no one ***g up either - I was the one that had to . . Has anyone else had this experience?

Also had multiple calls from this # with no messages.  Odd.

I have been getting calls from this number several times a night and on the weekends for the past week - at least.  I don't answer any numbers I don't know - so I don't answer this number. Never leaves a message. I wonder if it's an automated message for the election that only clicks on when an actual voice answers? I tell you - if it IS from an election campaign - I would vote A***NST whatever you're calling about just because you're so annoying - even if I was in favor of it in the first place. Take note - if I pick up one of these times- you may have lost a vote. C****e your tactics!!!

have been getting calls from this number for a little while now...looked it up and it said the number was coming from portland....maybe from a campaign see as it is almost election day.

answered the phone, ***ody there. returning the call gets "this message box is full" I am in maine and the call is coming from maine.
