Hate to tell you FIA Card Services is Your Bank America Credit Card People. The Card is Serviced by FIA Card Services These are the Poeple That issue you the card with The Banl america Name on it is also you you pay each month if you look at your statements and envelopes. They are not a collection agency they Are the Credit Card Issuer!

If you are using a cell phone or have caller id on your landline and can id the # coming in to your phone... read and heedif you are behind on a payment, even for a few days, and you receive a call from an out-of-state number, DO NOT ANSWER IT.  It is the collection department for a credit card company. Record the number on your phone with DNA in front of the bank/credit card company name which you can research here. You can also c****e the ringtone to recognize this number and just ignore it.

People better stop calling me from that number if they don't intend on talking to me...They have called me several time in like a 15 min window of time. I don't know if its a collection agency,or a Bank of America call center located in the State of Maine... Th­ey better get there act together and stop calling.

Have called me several times, only once stating why - in a message. I've checked up on all my credit cards and nothing is wrong with any of them, (after seeing that BOA card services is listed here). Call blocking employed.

They keep calling me, even though debt management has been entered and accepted... They have received several payments already.

Got a call from that number. I was not in but they did not leave a message or anything.  This is the second time... dont know who they are or what they want.

I get several calls from this number about once every day or so. These clowns claim they are from bank of America. Boloney! This is a collections agency called FIA card services or AKA MBNA. I will not pick up calls from these *****s! If I have issues with bank of America I will call or goto a ***nch office. I will not give them any information about me and I suggest anyone else who gets a call from this number just don't bother picking it up. Also keep a log of how many times they call and record the date as well. I will be filing a huge complaint a***nst these people. Just received call from a nice person from FIA Card Services AKA Bank of America. 207.338.7761. Number is NOT Bank of America.I will be filing a complaint with the BBB of Maine and the D.A. office. As well

NO NAME,NO NUMBER,NO MESSAGE.NO ANSWER THE PHONE.WHY WOULD ANYONE ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY MUST BE PRETTY DONE WITH CALLER ID AND CRAZY TELEMARKTERS ,WHY WOULD YOU ANSWER PHONE.I CAN'T BELEIVE A COMPANY LIKE BANK AMERICA WOULD STOOP THAT LOW.THEY CALL EARLY IN THE MORNING AND LATR AT NIGHT,IF THEY CALL AT WORK AND YOU LOOSE YOUE JOB NO MONEY NO MONEY NO MONEY WHAT GOOD IS THAT.

Caller  ID says  Card Services    207-338-7761   leaves no message

Say they are Bank of America. When you answer, there is just dead air. The caller ID says "Accounting Firm". Finally on one of these I ***g on longer (maybe it's getting transferred?) but gave up after a few minutes. Had actually hit 'end' on my phone to **** it up & then was s****ing to hit redial when suddenly someone was on the other end. I don't see why a message isn't left & why the CID doesn't say BOA if that's really who they are (vs. a 3rd party collector) The call back number I was given was

207-338-7761 & Caller ID says "Accounting Firm"  .... said they were Bank of America Customer****istance Department   When you answer however no one is there unless you hold (in dead air) for several minutes.  I had actually hit "end" on my phone & was s****ing to redial the CID when finally someone spoke.

This isn't a complaint. They are trying to make payment arrangements on BofA credit cards that are past due. They were extremely kind and helpful to me. They don't leave messages. You can call back using

It is collections for Bof A credit cards. The 800# is 1-877-733-5734. You can use either number to call back, but they were surprised when I called the 207# because its one of their (collections) in house numbers

Called asking for someone I don't know and that it is urgent. Either that and doesn't leave a message, just a sigh.

Number kept calling and did not leave a message.  Reverse look-up says it is from Belfast, Maine, USA.

Received a call from 1-202-338-7761 from a woman named Kathy Metcalf who states she is from Card Services (1-866-665-8329 - ext 82319.) She has been polite at all times, and easy to talk with. The reason for my post is two fold; to raise awareness of this unlisted phone number, and see if anyone knows if this number to be a valid number other than being a scam.I am to pay by phone by the end of the month via phone check, and want to make sure that I'm not getting scammed as they have yet to produce any of my account information even though I challenged them at first. Only that Mrs. Metcalf stated I had two cards, and named each one. That's not much proof for me.I will update this post, if that is possible.

Got a "wrong number" call from this number (207) 338-7761.  Looking for someone else, but was unusually persistant.  Sure sounded like a scam.  Seemed slightly surprised someone answered.

Someone from "Card Services" of BOA called my office number and left a message with my****istant asking to call 1-877-733-5734 regarding a personal business matter. Is it a telemarketing call or a scam?
