Received a recording from 'Heather' about my credit card account (I have no open accounts)and was told to press '0' to speak to an operator. A man named Jerry answered and let him know that I have no accounts and did not want him to call. He stated that 'He will call every day, every hour, on the hour." I asked him what company he was with and he wouldn't tell me. I asked to speak to a manager, 7 times. I was finally put on hold. 'Dan' the manager came on and I asked him what company he was with. 'Consumer Services' was the reply. He explained to me that the ccall was to help lower my interest rates. When I explained to him what 'Jerry' had done and then explained that I have no credit cards and no balances, he ***g up on me. I am on the "Do Not Call' list.
