Asian-sounding woman asked for the manager. I told her she had the wrong number. She asked me my name, and I asked why. She ***g up.
This company has called a few times now. Sometimes when I aswer there is no one there, they put the phone down. Other times they ask for the owner and want to verify details with us. My colleague answered then a few days ago and said he would not verify information because they wouldn't even identify themselves. It either comes up listing their number above or it shows up as FFG on the caller display. Why do they keep ringing and how can we stop them ringing us all the time?
I DID NOT ANSWER. INSTEAD I QUICKLY GOOGLE THE NUMBER. THANKS A MILLION GOOGLE.COM YOU SAVED ME A MINUTE ON MY CELL PHONE. =)
Answered this called this evening at 6:08 PM. A polite asiatic female voice asked to speak with the owner. I answered if I may ask who is calling. Her response was that she was calling from the Federal Finacial Group. I asked her if we had an account with Federal Finacial, and she said no and she was only calling to verify information. I then asked her if she knew about the Federal Do Not Call list, and she responded "that is not a problem, sir." I then asked her if she realized that she was violating the law in regards to the Federal Do Not Call List, and she responded "Yes", and ***g up.Wonderful. I hear this lady's voice about twice a week now. This one takes the cake though! Now, someone please sue these fools.
