Computer voice Said the FBI is concerned about the recent incidences in home burglaries. They said to press 1 to receive a free home alarm system. They called a work #, and I just ***g up.

This number continually calls me at work, when I speak they **** up and the do not call option does not work.

This number calls me 5-10 times per day. I do not know how to make them stop. If I answer and ask to be removed from their call list, they **** up on me. If I call the number back, it says "press 1 to be removed from our call list". Obviously I pressed 1 and the calls have increased?!? Please help me! 3624

the caller got made because i informed him i was on the no call list and he threatened my life. and there is noting any organization or agency will do about it.

Have been getting calls from this number. The caller ID shows "C N F Enterprises". Also receiving the exact same call/message from (920)560-4426 with the caller ID showing "Appleton WI". The recording says "If you owe more than $10,000 in back taxes, press 1". For a few days, I simply ***g up. More recently, I have pressed 1, gotten a live person, and asked to have my number removed. I never get a response - once I say, "please remove my name from the call-list", they simply **** up on me. Calling the number back (from caller ID) plays a recording saying to press 1 to have your number removed. I have done that multiple times, but the calls still come - twice a day. So today, I pretended to be interested, provided very basic information and was transferred to a consultant representing US Tax Shield, 17328 Ventura Blvd Suite #169, Encino, CA 91316. This company appears to be valid and I think they simply have contracted with a lead-generatin­g company that is actually making the calls to all of us. I am pursuing identifying that company and will post it if I am successful.

Called and didn't leave me a msg. I called back and all it said was press1 to remove my # from their call list. It didn't say anything else.

This is a scam phone call. They call you and **** up so you will call them back. Then you can get charged for a big long distance call. Your welcome

Called saying so****ing about my last chance to improve my credit card interest rates and that they tried to contact me 3 times already (bull)... I don't own a credit card. "1 to speak with a representative, or 3 to opt-out of my eligibility."

They left a message regarding the expiration of my extended warranty on my car... and the # they left to call back was completely different from the # you see on your caller id... weird!

I got this call today at 11:04 am... I did not pick up because it was a number I didn't know. It's a Maine area code, though.

The unknown caller keeps calling my cell # and not leaving a message. I tried to call back and got a voicemail asking me to dial #1 to put me on the do not call list. Still don't know who or what business was calling.

I don't know how they got my cell number but I would appreciated it if they would stop calling. I am a teenager and I have no credit matters so stop calling my phone.

they call me 24/7! every hour, i answered it and they told me "My name is john" then quickly ***g up.

Obviously telemarketers spamming my cell phone. Newly registered on the National Do Not Call List. Maybe they'll enjoy getting a $10K fine.

yes..just saw a call (call was made 25Aug09 512pm)to me on my cell from 207-512-***9. Did not answer . After reading this good thing I did not.

got a pre-recorded message on my cell phone (voice mail)for health insurance. sounds like the same message i got previously from another number.  it appears they can c****ethe display number to whatever they want.

I get calls from numbers like this on my cell all the time.

re: 207-512-***9 I recently registered my cell on the National Do Not Call registry. After 31 days on the registry you can file a complaint. I can't wait to burn these spammers with $10K fine! I would encourage everyone to do the same ;)

Isn't there any way to stop these phone calls. They call at dinner time three times a week. I am tired of them!

Keeps on calling, I never answer, but it's on my prepaid cell that I use for emergencies, and the calls come at various times of day and night. Disturbing at best.

How do they get a hold of our cell fone numbers anyway? Its creepy....tells u a lot about the "secure information" that we give out....
