As others have said, they are definite spammers. Don's answer if you don't recognize the number. Government doesn't care either. Do not call registry is a joke like everything else!!!

Let the call go to voicemail. Then you could determine if it's someone that you want to talk to. Screening your calls is a beautiful way to handle spammers! Have fun with it. Make them ****ers work, and waste their time.

I like making these people waste their time by not answering my phone, on any numbers that I do not RECOGNIZE! And never answer anonymous calls period. No exceceptions. That works for me!

Called my cell phone, did not leave voice mail. Research shows they are spammer about credit card rates. Added them to my phone's Reject list,****ume they will c****e their number a***n, have received calls from them for years on my cell and on my house phone.

Where do they come up with the numbers they use? Same caller on my other cell phone but two different numbers. I am also on do not call list, but they can't read and if you can get a true number or call back, they could be fined . ****HO! Wish I could just **** them.

Received call on 9 year old sons cell phone. Automated call to lower credit card interest rates. Stayed on the line to speak with representative. Asked to have number removed from calling list, and the guy was rude and ***g up on me!

called didn't leave a message, ***g up when I answered. Calling my cell phone really how do these idiots get your cell phone information. I don't give it out tired of marketing, collection, and other bs calls. Both of my phones are also on the do not call list.

This caller is a scammer wanting credit information. They offer a lower interest rate on you credit cards, but do not identify themselves as a certain crediting company. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!
