I amswered the call yes****ay and the person asked for Carlos. Today I received a call a***n asking for someone else.

I received an unwanted telemarketing call from Starpoint Telemarketing regarding a membership I previously declined when ordering Kevin Trudeau's Natural Cures book. The representative kept stating he was going to send me info that I declined several times. I told him repeatedly, at least 10 times that I did not under any cir***stances want any offer sent to me or billed to me and requested a supervisor which he tried to discourage. Then he put some woman on the phone who ***g up on me. I called back and spoke to the manager on duty, Dan (he would not provide his last name or give me an address). I would like to make a formal complaint and do not want to be charged for offer. It was on 11/26/08, initial call at 5:59 pm. I spoke with Dan at 6:13 pm.
