This number is an unpublished landline in Washington, ME.  The call was a pre-recorded message from Heather Allen from Halo Rescue in P***NIX.  They are back to begging for money.  They have been told repeatedly never to contact us a***n and they are constantly harassing us.  Either they are completely incompetent or they are hiding under the nonprofit name to break the law.I pity any animal that lands in their facility - it's noisy, overcrowded, *****, and just not good.  They severely overcharge for adoptions and don't take good care of the animals (don't even attempt to isolate dogs with very contageous kennel cough, for example).  Behavior like theirs makes good people regret adopting an animal because they end up being harassed forever afterward, despite requests never to be contacted a***n by ANY means.  They also release your information a***nst your wishes to other marketing agencies.
