First call followed within ten minutes by second, this time caller was female but same routine. Irritating and so pursued enquiries.Originating source is external to UK and probability of caller being based in Maine, USA. Also, a Norway connection mentioned.Perhaps some re-routing involved. Whatever the purpose, it will be the 'usual' i.e junk and can be safely ignored. Just don't send any money, if you take the call!

As above comments - caller declined to give iden***y, or leave message for person he asked to speak to.

keep getting missed calls from this number.  grrrr.
