A Social Security call back number

Sorry I missed the appointment with you. I will reschedule if you call me.

I am on Disaabillity and i received a call form this number claiming they are social security calling to update my liveing arrangements..   red flags flew when there appeared only the number but no name.... I believe this was a Con Artist or Criminal trying to scam me and maybe you will be next........
