He sent a pic of a dead body that was all ******. He knew my name and address. Wondering how he got that information

The person keeps calling me from different numbers threatning me and my family with pictures of dead people, guns, and violence. They included pii in the threat. Claimed to be from ***ual services house or so****ing like that.

Threatened my family’s life and sent pictures of a dead person and some guns. Said if I paid the fine it would all go away. I contacted the local police since he listed in the text a bunch of personally identifiable information.
