They are scammers pretending to be law enforcement. They will tell you that you have a warrant for your arrest because you failed to appear for court. They want you to pay the bond with moneypak cards (these are like gift cards) and if you don't you will be put in jail until you see the judge, 3 days. Call your local dispatch and they will either confirm or let you know if there are any warrants out for you. The person on the phone will tell you that you have to stay on the phone and cannot tell anyone about the situation.
