Called my cell phone at 9:49 p.m.  Call stayed connected, but no one would respond on other end.  I ended call.  After sear****g, appears to be coming from Pocatello, Idaho.

Called my cell phone at 9:49 p.m.  Call stayed connected, but no one would respond on other end.  I ended call.  After sear****g, appears to be coming from Pocatello, Idaho.

Automated call - "There has been a technical difficulty with Citizens Bank debit card...  Press one to fix this...  Please enter your number..."  I ***g up.  Don't have CB debit.

I've been having the same problem all day and when you call the number back no one answers and there is no voice mail

Have no idea who it is.
