Turns out, there is a prank call app - that s****s this number (sometimes) ... you were probably being pranked by a "friend" or "relative".

Called to ask to borrow toilet paper as a neighbor down the street. I asked his name then realized it was a robo prank call. Hope my phone data is protected.

Got a call from this number saying we left a note because we hit their car. That's felony offense. So prank calling on it is also a felony, not a misdemeanor.
