Foreign voiced emotionally challenged scammer after talking with them and calling it a scam the foreign voice went into a fit of rage.

They called saying that they were from the US Government (which was funny because he could barely speak English) telling me I was approved for a grant. He then asked for my banking information saying that was the only way I could receive the money. Seriously? If there were any truth in this at all, he could have simply mailed a check. Definite scammer.
