this number was displayed on my cell phone as the number from which call originated from. The female said she was head of the account management dept from direct tv. she stated she was going to resolve my issue of $700.00 which they say i owe for their equipment. They are suppose to send me pre paid shipping boxes so i may return them been waiting since 2007. Amount is on credit report, and when i returned the call its custormer service and they refuse to send the boxes and have stated that the equipment is mine and the charges remain and cannot give me any information in regards to the iden***y and phone number i received. They then said the boxes were sent, then no tracking number given when i asked, put me on hold then said sorry theres nothing we can do.

Do not recognize number do not want to be bothered

Direct TV was calling me back after I wrote a letter to them complaining about there sales person lied to me.He told me three differant times that I would get HD channels free and when i signed up they charged me for it.I hate that large companies can get by with false advertisment to make a sale but maybe one day the consumer can c****e that.

Call from DIRECTV in response to a letter I sent to their customer service department.

It was a guy from the office of the DirecTV president. I asked him about DirecTV's  promise of 11 HBO and Cinemax channels in HD per a press release from July 13, 2007 that was never fulfilled after I emailed them about it. He lied and said things like "I haven't seen that press release" and he refused to read it after I told him exactly where to find it (http://dtv.client.shareholder.com/releasedetail.cfm?ReleaseID=286351). He also refused to accept responsibility for the lie; he said HBO and Cinemax don't give them access to the signal, even after I told him that HBO and Cinemax said they DID do so to me in a private email. Someone is lying here and I think its DirecTV. I'm sick of this corporate finger pointing. Just give us the channels in HD like you said you would 2 years ago!

An Office of the President (of DirecTV) rep just called me regarding an escalated customer complaint and 208-363-6015 is the number that displays on my caller ID but that is not their direct dial number.

This was a call from the Directv Cooporate office. It was a legit call that I was hoping to receive. I didn't get to the call but they left me a message.

This call continues to call on my CELL PHONE!!  Both 2082636015 & ****923990.  Called 3 times within a one hour period.  Last time left a message on phone.  I will not use minutes to retrieve message until tonight.  No one has this number so no one can call to confirm anything.
