Just called my number I give out when don't want to be contacted. No message left.

When I called back it said the number was temporarily unavailable, in my opinion its definitely a spammer.

208 is the area code for Idaho, and 392 is found mostly in Bosie. Hopes this helps, (They just called, and when I called back no one answered or said anything)
