Called no message left twice. Number blocked

This number called my phone asking for the owner of the number then "Leon" got on the line to confirm my email address and s****ed talking about student loan forgiveness. SCAM! I've asked them to stop calling and they still call...once a week at least. This is **** and needs to stop.

This number keeps calling my cell phone and never leaves a message. I do NOT know anyone that needs the service for student loan forgiveness company, and they need to STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
