It is Mark Clark Attorney. It is a collection agency, they do,a lot with medical billing. If you have a collection with him, they are cool to work with and make payment arraingments. He doesnt mess around and will file a claim in court, it happened with me. He did let me make payments and canceled the court proceding.

Each time they call nothing but silence when I called back they said ABS. But wouldn't tell me why they called.
