trying to collect for so****ing that i dont own wont send me info want me to send them info which i refuse to. call every day 3x a day stoped after told them would have a lawyer contact them to send the info now doing a***n

Got a call from a live person, asking for the person who had this phone # before me.  I explained it was now a personal cell phone for someone else  and he politely said he'd update their records.  Compared to all the robo-calls & rude people from other collection agencies who call for this guy, this seemed like a decent/reasonable phone call.We'll see if they actually do stop calling, or if I have to also send them a cease-desist letter explaining that they're violating Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection laws by continuing to call the wrong person.
