There should be an 800 number on the back of your card, or your statement to call an report problems. Contact the bank that issued your card. You may also want to contact your local police dept.

Alan - I just emailed you with some more info.  I have had this charge appear twice on my March visa statement.  Not sure if it's genuine or not so any additional info would be appreciated.Chris

I totally figured out what mine was. I signed up for this tattoo ideas website but I didn't realize that they were through clickbank and I never got a comfirmation e-mail from them. My credit card company refunded the money probably cuz it wasn't a large sum.
