This number (316)218-9521 keeps calling me. Telling me they are serving Dan Hess. They give me number (208)481-8530 to call and a "reference" number. I call to tell them they have the wrong number but nobody answers and they keep calling. What the heck!

They call from a 317 # saying a claim against you, and to call this 208 #. Ito not even for me personally who had this # 3 yrs ago. Lol spoke with police they said that these ppl like anyone can do a public search and get ALL your personal information. If course as we all know do not fall victim, do not give them a dime. Hang up, block the calls eventually they go away.

I've gotten the same call as the rest of you. But they asked to call back to give them my home address and my work address. They've called me quit a few times it's getting out of control and I'm on the do not call list. They have a way to get your number some how. These people love to harras you.

Left a message, stating they were looking for some Evelyn Rogen? with a case #. I call them back to let them know they had the wrong person, she said if we find out you had contact with her YOU WILL BE CHARGED! and hung up.... should have never called them back!

I received a call from (208) 481-8530 stating that I had a judgement against me and if I didn't call them immediately they would serve me at my home or place of employment. Had me worried at first but after further research on line found this to be nothing but a scam. Dont return their calls and DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFO.

They called me with no name provided and stated that I had some order processed due to a complaint against me. They asked that I call (208) 481 8530 and they gave me some case number. Again, they offered to information as to where they were calling from. But it sure did scare me for a bit.

They call 5 times s day threaten me with law suit, my bank account will be frozen. They g I've a ref # to call. These people need to be stopped.

Claims the call is for Georgette Shaw and that there's a complaint. If she doesn't want further action at her home or work, she needs to call this number and refer to case no. 167927.

Called and asked for me by my correct name. But, the debt they claimed was very old and the number amount was totally incorrect. I called the Attorney General AND the FTC! I was told "THIS IS A SCAM"

They keep calling me and sending letters for a Robert R Smith. My husband's name is Robert Smith, but not the same middle initial. I have told these people they have the wrong number, but they ask to verify information. My husband has no debts, so I know this is definitely a scam! Do not verify your info with these people!

caller left message with my sister saying they were trying to collect money I owed to the University of Idaho. A case number provided. I'm not calling back - I don't owe anybody money.

Calling for someone named Ben with my last name. Trying to collect a debt. It was a recording saying that they were going to serve papers at his home and work. Good luck scammers lol!

Called for my son. Has not lived with me in over 15 years. Also called my mom's house in different city with same message for my son. Message indicate has complaint against him consider this that has been served. Since when you are served by phone? LOL

Claims to be going forward with serving for garnishment on old paid payday loans for exponentially over the amount borrowed. Absolute pure bull****, do NOT pay these people a penny! Most state courts do NOT use out of state process servers. Scam!

.This was a scam call for my sister who doesn't live with me and has her own cell number. Yesterday they left a message stating that she had a complaint against her and gave a case number and said consider herself served.Today, different phone number, now they are asking her to call in and verify her address and place of employment and said not responding to the call would forfeit her rights.

I have received a call from them EVERYDAY for the last month. But never say who they are just that I have 24hours to "rectify" the issue or they will serve my place of employment. Last time I checked if you are being served they don't tell you when or where. UGH leave me and others alone.

They called for my ex-husbands brother. (I've been divorced for 17 years.) claimed there was a case against him that he needed to resolve in 24 hours. LOL
