My company doesn't subscribe to the do not call lists, so I have no idea about what you're talking about. I don't leave messages because I am trying to reach you in person so I can collect some of your personal information. You people are rude for not answering your phones but there are plenty that do and for the rest of you, I'll just keep calling until you accidentally answer or you get tired of me calling, which by the way, means you'll have to tell me that by answering your phone.

Yellow pages survey-not interested-told them that and asked to remove my phone number but still keep calling!

Keeps calling, won't leave message or answer when picked up. ANNOYING to say the least

Yup. Same no-message intrusion from 'MARC' - I'll research and if I find out who it is, I'll post here. I'm in the direct marketing business, and s*** like this give us all a bad name.

Called ID says UNKNOWNWe just c****ed our number to an new unlisted number effective 2 days ago, and the annoying calls are beginning.  Calling the number they said they are a survey company and probably will call a***n.

Called at 5:27PM, went to answering ma****e, ***g up.  Says "MARC".  Area code is 208 which is Idaho, and I don't have any family, friends, or contacts there.

Calls at least 3 times a day, 7 days a week. Never leaves a message.

I got a call today at 8.30 pm from Marc. Didn't answer since I don't know any Marcs with 208 area code. Funny thing is I pay not to be listed in the phone book and I am registered in the do not call list. Same thing happened before with an 866 number and I reported, calls stop. I guess you have to report them, but really you are never safe. You give your number once to the wrong business and all***** breaks loose from there. So sorry there is people out there that has nothing better to do at 8.30pm or anytime for that matters. Cheers !

annoying caller called 3 times in one day..I answered..he new my name and said he was erin frm the yellow pages...I told him yo take a hike..

I called this number back and got a voice message saying they are a survey company.

Its a yellow pages survey.  They called me twice and asked about my 'residence'.  I am at work... weird thing is, I got a call earlier from someone else running a different survey (local number).  This number must have gotten on a list somehow.  Oh well.

I have been getting calls from this number 3 times, two on the 23rd and one today, I am****uming this person will call sometime this evening. Since they called the same time on the 23rd. I don't answer it and they do not leave a message. The caller id said it is from Boise ID.

Eating dinner, wat****g an episode on TV and the phone rings. I look at the caller ID and I don't know anyone with this area code and name; plus they are causing a major inconvenience to interupt me. So, I let it go to answer ma****e and of course they don't leave any message. Next, I google the number and end up here. Not going to talk to t*****eriod. Annoying phone calls!

I got a call from MARC 208-515-7479 also on May 23rd 2010 at 2:25pm.  SUNDAY!  I wasn't home.  No Message.  First time they have ever called though.

First time I got the call 5/19/2010 from MARC 208-515-7479. 208 area code is not Utah, it's Idaho, I know this because that's where I am from. Like everyone else, no message was left. Next time I may answer to see what happens.

Have received several calls from this number, usually in the evening. They **** up on me and when I look up their caller ID, it simply says, "MARC". 208 is the area code for the state of Utah. If I glean any more data on this annoying caller, will be more than happy to share it.

LYee364 said," Maybe the person is an employee who really hates making the calls so he ****s up and notes that the caller did not answer."While that is clever and amusing, there is no human involved in you being ***g up on.  The device is called a predictive dialer.  It places calls and when they are answered connects them to a human.  However, being run by s***, it is programmed to place more calls that it has operators to handle, on the theory that not every call will be answered.  When the operators all have a call, it simply ****s up in your face.  Nice, eh ?I am not convinced that this is a research survey firm, I think it may be an information gathering front for a collection agency.  I can't prove this, but I do have a reason for suspecting it.  Just be careful about what you tell these guys, or better yet, if you get a human calling from this number, **** up on them for a c****e.

Yes, my roommate asked me if I knew anyone named Marc from 208-515-7479.I told him no.  And he said that the strange person called twice and wouldn't leave a message or say anything.  Maybe it's just a lonely nut who stole someone's cell phone and is making calls all over the place.  Who knows.

I keep getting calls from that phone number too. It shows on my caller ID as 208-515-7479 MARC. I would LOVE to know who it is. They **** up on my answering ma****e and keep calling & calling.

2 phone calls tonight---call ID days MARC.  They do no leave a message.

Received call from this number on April 12, 2010  8:39pm   caller ID indicated the name of MARC.No message was left.

Some "SURVEY" company in Idaho with the caller ID of "marc".

Received a call from this number on April 6, 2010 at 6:58PM, caller ID indicated the name: MARC.  No message was left.
