I keep getting calls from this number. Don't kno who it is

I don't know who this is I think this is collection company

A note for the above IC Systems Inc.:The address IC Systems gave for the Boise satellite location: 1109 W Main StBoise, ID 83702 is the address for a hotel called Owyhee Plaza Hotel, but the phone number shows I.C. Systems.I don't know if the hotel has been converted into office suites for rent, or if someone resides here or uses the hotel for the purpose of giving a false address...Any which way, it's still a collection agency calling you.

208-919-1292 we have been getting about 30 calls a week to the fax ma****e from this place. I called them and they stated they removed the number but they keep on calling our fax. I called a***n and the person fillped out on me telling me I was hiding some person and blocking thme from contacting them.. The person was so into his flip out he never heard that they are calling a biz fax ma****e and we have no clue to the person they want.. We are filing charges to the FCC and state on these people. One they are calling the wrong number and refuse to stop calling itTwo, We are ESB Host Inc and not this Cindy L person they are looking for.. ****** and I hope to get them a min of a $250,000.00  fine for the abuse to the fcc phone system USA

This person calls all hours, day and night, when I answer they say nothing. I want these calls to stop!!!!!!!!!!!

I continually receive calls from this number and this caller is calling me on my company cell phone. This caller says that they are a plastic sales company looking for sales. I have no need or care one for this harassment or these unnecessary phone calls. Stop them immediately! Thank you for your attention in this matter.

This number has been calling me several times a day for the past week! I'm getting real sick and tired of it! Don't they get the point when I don't answer the call?What happens if I call the number back?

This number is related to the following two numbers:208-919-1292 and 208-919-1296...both these numbers are land lines.  The 208-515-7490 number is a cell phone.  They are owned by IC Systems INC...a collection agency for a**** others, HSBC bank.My wife is getting these calls as well and no connection to HSBC.Time to have this IC Systems pay for my retirement by suing them into the stone age.
