NCO Financial, a collection agency, uses a series of numbers across the country. They hide their name - which is illegal. They call all hours of the day 7 days a week -and give information to individuals other than the alleged debtor - a***n a violation of the fair credit act. Even when they are told they are calling the wrong person their robo- system keeps calling - 4-5 times a day.
