it is a recording that asks if you have a small dog, and no matter if you answer yes or no, they **** up afterwards. this number can't be call blocked on at&t service.

Calls almost every other day. Does not leave a msg. Today, 08/29/2010 left grunting noises on the answering ma****e. I can confirm the caller ID brings up P30PLE RSPNZ (people response?)

First call on 8/26 at 6:34 pm Second call on 8/28 ay 2:47 pm Third call on 8/29 at 8:10, this time I heard him ask if I had a small dog.

Another post says the person calling wants you to say "YES" so they can record your voice and s**** charging items to you. When you complain that you never ordered these things,they play the recording of your voice saying "YES". It will be difficult to get these charges voided.

This number called a few times so I looked it up here. My caller ID displays Coeur D Alen ID. I have call blocker so this number will never ring thru a***n.

This number calls my home at least 5-10 times per day. It is driving me absolutely insane!

Got 5 more calls from these idiots since the last time I registered a complaint on the 22nd. One time they almost left a message but ***g up when they realized it was a recording. When I call the number the mailbox is full. It is from P3OPLE RSPNZ a***n. I will file with the FTC a***n.

Got a caller ID from P3OPLE RSPNZ Sa****ay, 8/21/2010 at 7:45 PM. I did not pick up and answer but can see that others got the same call as I did. I am on the National Do NOT CALL LIST also. The FTC may be the better route to complain. The FCC sent me a letters saying previous nuisance call complaints were not illegal! What does do not call mean? The so called charities seem to be scams also. Let them send you a request in the mail. If they have your phone number, let them figure out your address!

Just got a call from them too, came up as P30PLE RSPNZ.  Left a message, but there was nothing there.  Added them to my blocked call list.

NEVER answer any calls you don't recognize or are not expecting. Use selective call rejection service if available, or switch to an Internet-based telephone service which provides comprehensive call rejection options. If rogue calls become chronic, turn off all the ringers on all of your phones except one, and set its volume to the minimum setting. If you don't answer the call and the caller is legitimate, they will usually leave a voicemail after the first or second try. Rogue callers never leave voicemail messages because that could be used as evidence a***nst them if it came to a lawsuit. If you receive a rogue letter in the mail warning you of some "collection" action a***nst you, if you don't actually owe it, reply with a short letter stating that you don't owe it. I have received 2 calls from this number today. I am waiting to receive a third. It's kinda creepy.

If it's truly a survey i think they are exempt from Do not Call.

They called me twice today.  I didn't answer and no message was left

Someone called me in Chicago using this number.  All I got was "dowg"... which I thought might have even been an obscene phone call.  Now I see others get a refers to "small dogs under 25 lb."  So at least they were not calling me "dowg."  When you call them back the phone does not ring.  I have even an RCN operator try without success.  At least I have company because there is a long list of complaints.  Is there a way of blocking or removing their right to remain unreachable by people they have irritated?

I just got the same call at 12:41PM on 8/20/10.  Same message - I also am on the do not call registry.The caller ID was:  Coeur D Alen, ID.  I live in Syracuse, NY..  very annoying to get these calls..

Just got a call from them -- recording says "this is survey 2010 - do you own a small dog?"I ***g up, and am reporting them since I am on the do not call list.

They called me and I am also on the Do Not Call list.  Caller ID says "P30PLE RSPNZ".  (After the intial P, there are is a three followed by a zero.)  They left a message that sounded like part of a recording, "Small dog under 25 pounds."  That was the whole message.

I am in the do not call registry. I reported them as a robot call.
