Calls over and over never leaves a message

This person has called every 2 hours for 4 days it rings once and they **** up. If you call back ***ody says anything if it was a collection they would speak. This is a scam. I'm blocking immediately

just got a guy call me knows my name & wants to verify my address. I asked him why but he refused to tell me why so I ***g up.

This person says he is from a collection agency and asked for my personal information over the phone. This same agency called more than several times in the past 2 weeks, and the person doesn't say one word. Just ****s up.They even call on Sundays and call like 5 times a day.

ICS is a collections agency.

This caller dials my home # then dials my cell #.

This number calls my mother's phone numerous times daily.  She is an invalid and doesn't answer any calls unless it is a known number to her.  HOw can we stop these calls?
