You can still file a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry when you receive an automated call even if your number hasn't been on the do not solicit list.  The form is located here:  https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx.  After 3 calls this week, I've submitted my complaint.

Received the call 2x tonight. Refinance my CC. US Cellular says that cannot block w/o paying for an app.Great...........................

Credit call interest rate lowered. We have no credit card interest....we pay our bills monthly! Was a recording, I called # man extremely rude, ***g up on me when I told him we have no cc interest owed. Pay bills off monthly. He ***g up. We receive 6 or more of these calls throughout the day and evening.

Call came in cell phone. Did not leave a message. I'm on the "Do Not Call" list and do not give out cell phone number to anyone but family. Don't want them to call my cell phone or home phone a***n.

calls 4 to 5 times a day for payment of debt. i dont have any money.

Received a call from 'Account Services' to lower my credit card debt.  My number is registered with the Do Not Call Registery and has telemarketing blocks with my phone company.  After listening to the pre-recorded messaged and selecting option 1 for an agent to find out why they are violating the DNC list; I was rudely informed these are people in cubicles answering calls and have no control over the pre-recorded calls going out through the database and I shouldn't be chosing option 1 if I don't want the service.  I was promptly ***g-up on.

Same **** thing here.  Have had a dozen calls from this number.

My number is registered on the "do not call registry". I did not answer the call because I pay for incoming calls.

Got a call on my cell phone from 208-891-4017 with a recording that began with "This is card member services..."  and then the message cut off and the call was disconnected.

Got a call from "Wireless Caller" at 208-891-4017. Picked up and got a recording that s****ed talking about lowering rates on my credit card. ***g up on them because I don't have any.

Called my home number @ 8:20 pm on 2/24/11 saying they can refinance my credit card debt

WHo are these guys and why do they keep calling me? 208-891-4017

They call me even though I am on the no call list about refinancing credit cards. and when they actually answer the phone and I tell them to put me on the no call list they **** up. then they call me back about 10 minutes later and the same thing. I am on the no call list and have filed 5 times on the number and still nothing being done about it woohoo way to go for the government.
