Is there a free site and I mean FREE that I can find a blocked name with a phone number?208-906-9346

An ex  keeps calling and calling but cant find out the name on the land line. I have the number, city state but not a name from the phone number.

I just began receiving calls this week from this number and they never leave a message.  I prefer to leave my cell on at night in case a family emergency comes up and I receive an important call.  Been turning it off now due to these randomly received calls.  Tonight I answered and just said TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST - the call time was 2 seconds so I doubt anyone was even there to listen to me.  I immediately called back and received a message that their office is closed... funny how someone had just called me but their offices were closed.  I am on the national do not call list so I have no idea how they think it's ok to s**** calling me.

I keep getting calls from these people too!  And late at night - around 8:30pm.  They usually end up waking my son up!  I just sent them a request on their e-mail site.  I used a fake e-mail account!  Told them I am on the DNC list, and that if they continue to call me, I will pursue the company as harrasment.

Ditto for me.  I emailed them a request to remove me from their call directory by using only my phone number and message...however now they also have my email address, sadly.  I also called the 800# listed on their website and left a message in the general directory, asking them to remove me.  The 800# is 800-887-6837.

Same thing happened to me.  I looked up the number immediately as I did not recognize it nor knew how they received my number in the first place.  Thanks for all the tips.  So does leaving a comment with the company to stop the calls work?

This number has called me a number of times.  I have yet to find anyone on the othet end of the line.I receive the same message as others about the office being closed.I will be calling back during regular business hours and being patient to get to someone to have my number removed.I am very pleased to have found this site!!  It is a great help to me and I am confident the info you have provided will help me get off their call list.Thank you!Z

Phone number 208-906-1006 belongs to a company called Contact America.  Their website is www.contact-america.com and they are the company responsible for phone number 208-906-1006.They have called me every day for a week and a half, many times a day (four and upwards).  When I pick up they disconnect.  Their goal was to verify that it was a viable phone number for telemarketing purposes.  When I originally called back to attempt to identify the caller, I received a message stating that "Our business office is now closed, please call back during normal business hours."  After the message played, the call was terminated.Today when I called back, I was placed on hold with the same message that Layla Kelley had, saying "Contact America, please hold.  A customer service representative will be with you shortly."  I remained on hold for an extended period of time (approximately 30 minutes) prior to having a representative pick up, to whom I demanded to remove my number from their call list.  She stated that I would be placed on their do not call list within the next 24 to 48 hours.  I stated that should they call me a***n, I would be pressing harassment charges a***nst them.Be patient, and be clear about being removed from the list when you do finally speak with a representative.To Contact America, I do not intend this as a threat, but as a statement of consequences for your actions:  I have a list of all the days and times you have called.  I have requested that you remove me from your list.  If you do not, then I will be pressing charges for the next call from your 208-906-1006 number, or any other number from your company.  I do not take kindly to being harassed at all hours of the day and night.

They have called me every day for 2 weeks twice a day minimum.  This is harassment.  Evry time I pick up there is no one on the other end.  I have tried calling back and it says "Connect America, Please hold a customer service representative will be with you shortly"

This person that is calling me is irritating me and if they really want me they need to leave a message.  Otherwise, they need to stop!

I just emailed the company telling them to stop calling my number.Let's hope it works.
