People are putting suit on paypal and ebay daily.. They are the MOST corrupt company in the world.. Seriously.. I know sellers that have been ripped off thousands of dollars.. You can also go to ebay****s.com and see all the posts on them BUT if you do a Google search.. Wham and Wow.. They are such a reputation .. I know a seller that was selling THOUSANDS of items a month for YEARS!! and they had thousands of dollars in their paypal account and Paypal froze their account for NO REASON and when they asked why they did it, all they said was for security reasons and Gave NO REASON but said that.. And so they had to get an attorney because Paypal said it would be at least 6 months before they could get access to their money if at all and an attorney reamed them and they freed their money. I know another that had debits taking out of their account here and there for months, when it dawned on them so****ing was wrong they found it was going on for months and it looked like an Asian company.. But NOPE, they hired someone to track it and it went to none other then San Jose Cali to Paypal and they Lost Tons of money. They rip folks off left and right and LIE about the showing of items, where you are suppose to be having your items show in search results if you go through certain hoops for them but NOPE you will find your items dont even show in the results pages which tells me they are full of C R A _ when they say they are legitimate business.. They are like ****s... Insects.. Folks are dumping them, very big power sellers too and they are going to Etsey instead.. That's where I am.. Take care,,, You can use Google Checkout and accept money orders too over there and many are going their daily and they do have nice variety of items as well. Nice set up.. Tell a story about how ebay and paypal "blackmailed" us1), we list a item total value of $380 sewing and embroidery ma****e plus 67 free embroidery threads, and sold to a woman in WA state, the ma****e is less than 1 year old, my husband bought to me as a Christmas gift, i have only used few times in this year.2), the woman in WA state complain to paypal said, my ma****e is very bad condition, and we agreed to refund her full founds, but she needs to provide the shipping confirmation before the deadline to paypal as required by paypal, and she have not, therefore, paypal send us a email said we can keep the money and the case has closed.3), 2 days after the deadline we received a small mail weight 1oz from this WA state woman (our ma****e total weight 27lbs when i send out), plus we have got the email from paypal said the case has been closed, therefore, I refused to sigh/receive this mail from her, after 5 days we received a large box from her a***n, but still we have got our money back from paypal, therefore, I can not receive this package from her, so, i refused a***n.4), as we thought this deal/case has been closed via paypal's advise and we just let it go, but after 2days i went to check my paypal account, my account said that i owe paypal $368.68?????5), we have been provide all the info to paypal customer service center trying to get our money back, and that woman is lyingfirst, my ma****e is ***nd new when my husband bought it from walmart, and i only used few times how become bad condition?second, why paypal told/email us the case is closed when the case still open for them???3rd, now we lossed our ma****e to that dishonest buyer and we don't have our ma****e, plus we got paypal 208-991-1246 this phone number calls us 5time a day, include weekend, earlier morning and late evening...anyone knows if we can get together to sue paypal???email me [email protected]

Any time you get a call from these parasitic s***bags you should file a complaint with the FEDS:  https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/So far many, many thousands have been filed and sooner or later they will be forced to deal with this.

yah i agree 8 am till 9pm in my situation my account got hacked and they think i owe them 80 dollars that i will never pay them, and the call atleast 6 times a day.

They are junk yard dogs working for Ebay/paypal, they call from many numbers 651 is a common one they have use numbers in Tampa Toronto Maryland ******ia Idaho and others. They s**** at 8 am and go through till 9pm.

This phone number is just another of the billion numbers IC System's collection agency uses for a debt collection from Ebay Inc.

Paypal collectors.  these idiots c****e their number every week or so when they call. they also use 603-589-7207 a**** many others. Given Paypal are a bunch of crooks to begin with, it might as well fall under the scammer section.
