Recorded message in Spanish...so****ing to do with power bills.

They're calling a business! They call numerous times/hr say nothing an **** up. As I've called back, speaking English, of course, someone speaking Spanish ****s up on me, ever so loudly!!! WHERE'S THE WALL!!!! This is the same as being HARRASSED!!

I received 2 calls from this number back to back. I answered the 2nd time and there was an automated response in Spanish regarding my electric bill payment. They wanted me to press # if I needed help from falling behind on my electric bill. We have NEVER missed an electric bill payment. So, this must be a scam or telemarketing call.

I'VE RECEIVED 3 CALLS WITH IN THE LAST T10 MINUTES, NO MESSAGES LEFT. CALLED THE NUMBER BACK THEY ONLY SPEAK SPANISH. ACCORDING TO THE LADY THEY'RE AN ENERGY SAVING COMPANY. SHE BASICALLY TRIED TO SET ME WITH AN APPOINTMENT FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON SOLAR PANELS.

Called multiple times and never left a message.

They left me a message in Spanish. I don't understand what they were saying but sounds like a telemarketer to me.
