A colleague of mine co-signed on a student loan for me several years ago. The account is in good standing, so when she called to say she's getting several phone calls from the above number about money due, it didn't make sense. I went on a wild goose chase to ensure I'm not being sued (as I was told by the woman who answered when I called back). There was only one place that my colleague and I were tied to together as far as phone numbers and credit stuff and that was through Navient (student loans). Does anyone know how these people get that type of info?

They keep calling back to back on my job, but never leaves a message. I called them back and they answer the phone CRS.

They called and said if I do not pay 460 today, that I would need a lawyer to defend my good credit rating. This is a total SCAM. As I do not owe any loans.
