To add to my previous comment. The person that contacted me from this number said they were from animal control but would not give the county or any other information to verify that they were telling the truth. They just keep asking for information from me.

Someone from this number texted me trying to get information about my Google account. They said they needed the information to verify if I was the owner of the cat they found. I do have alerts of my lost cat online but didn't think my phone number was posted. There are local posters in Tennessee where my phone is listed as a contact number but this number is listed with a California area code.
