I keep getting calls from this number.

I received a call from 209-340-3099 he stated to my employer that his name was Marcus Lewis but to me that his name was Marcus Murphy. He told my employer that he was an attorney who was filing a lawsuit a***nst me. I called the number back private and a man with an indian accent picked the phone up. I asked hime his name he said Marcus Murphy and I asked him wgere was he calling from he stated that he was calling from Formational Credit****ociation he than asked for my name and I refused to give it to him and told him that I wanted to make sure that this business was legite he ***g up in my face. I recognized his voice from a long time ago because he was calling me before saying he was an FBI Agent and his name was Don Wilson. and that I was going to go to jail and he was going to charge me with all of these federal crimes I told him to do wat he needed to do and he ***g up in my face.

I called this number that was given to me by an attorney by the name of Daniel Jackson which by the accent is a bogus name. I too tried getting information from him on this loan that I supposedly owe and all he would tell me that I need to make some tpye of arrangement to pay back this money that I supposedly owe.

Received a call from Mark Murphy in CA with think Indian accent. Stated I owed on a loan (that was never taken out) of $945 or would be sued for $9000 and go to jail, or go to my employer to make sure I wouldn't work a***n. Refused to let me talk. Wanted a copy of a photo ID with notarizing to be faxed to him tonight. Could not give me a date as to when this "loan" was taken out, only that it was charged off back in June 2009. Called my bank and confirmed there was no loan taken out. Also found this website and see I am not alone. Will report to FTC and BBB.

I called the number back 1-209-340-3099 and told Mr Murphey that I called the FTC, the BBB, the California General Attorney, and the police and he said (exact words) "F*** you! I am done with you! Don't call this number no more! F*** you B***h!" and then he ***g up on me.

i received a call from this number and the guy name is Mark Murphy he is telling me i owe for a loan, and worthless checks that i am not aware of and i need to pay $8000.00 in order for me not to go to jail and I could lose my job for this and they will send some information to my employor letting them know of this crime and i will lose my job. When I s****ed asking him questions he told me to just listen to him then he will answer any questions that i may have. When i asked my questions he would not answer any of my questions he just said i will be going to jail and my boss will be notified of this.

rcvd call from mark murphy who has a thick Indian accent. mr stated he is a federal law officer who is sending me to jail for an unpaid loan that I never had. this is not my first type of call.  I have filed a restraining order with the state of VA which is where I live as well as a report with CA which is where the cell tower is for this fraud ring.  If you receive these calls they are fraudlant and people are aware of it.  Keep a log of all the calls and notifiy your local police.  Keeping a whistle handy will help as well.  Next time you get the call **** the whistle into the phone.

Get threat calls from this number -Think if it was legitimate debt collector they would send so****ing hard copy
