This may be a Merced Man with the last name of "Oh". he is a mortgage guy and a pain in the royal tu***

We are recieving up to 5 times a day for over a month calls from this number. They say nothing and when we call it back it says it is disconnected.

We received a call from them today, found it was some one from the local newspaper, the Merced Sun Star, they where calling trying to get people who used to take the Sun Star to resign up for it.

I did a little research and found some person by the name of Toby Brown with with the number 383-4296 keeps calling every once in a while, but ****s up when I answer the phone.
