the phone number is from California Police Youth Charities in Stockton CA. another number they use 209-473-8501. from what I read the millions they have raised, only $100,000.00 was used for charity and they have been investigated for fraud..... the do not call registry allows for charity, surveys and companies or people of business, that someone at the residence has done past business. ... when I get a call from some charity I tell them "I do not do anything over the phone"... the say bye and **** up, rarely do I ever get a call back from them, it seems to work.

I GET PHONE CALLS EVERYNIGHT FROM THIS NUMBER BUT THEY NEVERLEAVE A MESSAGE.  I DO NOT APPRECIATE GETTING CALLS AT 9:00 AT NIGHTAND SEEMS THAT IS ABOUT THE TIME THEY CALL.  NOT TO MENTION CALLSDURING THE DAY ALSO.

Called at 7:45pm (9/4/09).  Caller ID said "number available".  They ***g up just as the answering ma****e was going to pick up.

They called my home phone on 4/28/2009 @ 7:42 pm, but didn't leave a message.

We anwered the phone but they did not talk back when we called back only a anwering ma****e picked up it appears to be a law inforcment agency (maybe) getting money.  Why have your number on the do not call list if it does not work.
