Yeah, same here, but a different name..Charlie so****ing. I could barely understand him because of the heavy background noise and also that he has a heavy accent. I was told to call back the same exact number he called me with (odd..first red flag) and that I have a law suit a***nst me. In my voicemail he said if I don't call back I would be in big trouble and God bless me...he called me yes****ay on Memorial Day..4 times. He said I had to call back so I could get a claim number but he had my work info and some of my information (last four of social number..not sure how he got it) but that if I didn't call back or my attorney..then I would be in big big trouble. Weird.

I got the same call!! Some Indian accent dude named JOHN. He said that i was to call him back or risk some sort of law suit a***nst me. I tried calling the number he listed back.. NO ANSWER. I think this is a scam!

just got a call from him too,on my cell. he's got an indian accent. told me that there was a law suit a***nst my name and social #. told me to call an attorney.
